Redion’s contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals

From disability inclusion and responsible procurement to climate action and employee development, Redion's ESG strategy contributes to eight UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We focus on the areas where our business can have the greatest impact: supporting people through our services, creating an inclusive workplace, engaging suppliers responsibly, and strengthening environmental and governance practices.

Independent recognition reflects our progress. In 2025, Redion began reporting its climate performance through the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).  In 2026, the Group earned a Bronze EcoVadis Medal (72/100), recognizing its performance across environmental, social, ethical and responsible procurement topics.

Supporting health and well-being (SDG 3)

Helping people in difficult situations is at the heart of our purpose. Every year, our health, mobility, home and travel assistance services support millions of people when they need help most. Alongside these services, we promote employee well-being through prevention initiatives, mental health support and healthcare solutions.

Promoting quality education (SDG 4)

Continuous learning is essential to adapting to a changing world. In 2026, the Group expanded leadership development through the WE IMPACT program and continued to strengthen sustainability and skills training. Learning opportunities support both professional growth and long-term employability.

Advancing gender equality (SDG 5)

We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can succeed. Equal opportunity principles guide recruitment, talent development and career progression. Diversity and inclusion remain key priorities across leadership and people practices.

Preserving water resources (SDG 6)

Water is not among the most material topics for Redion, but responsible resource management remains part of our environmental approach. Through our home assistance services, we support the repair of household leaks and water-consuming equipment, helping to avoid unnecessary water waste.

Fostering decent work and economic growth (SDG 8)

Responsible employment is central to our people strategy. We promote employee well-being, development and social dialogue, while working with a broad network of service providers and partners. In 2026, the deployment of the Group Sustainable Purchasing Guidelines further strengthened responsible business practices across our supply chain.

Reducing inequalities (SDG 10)

Accessibility and disability inclusion are key priorities across the Group. In 2026, we continued to strengthen policies, awareness initiatives and partnerships that help remove barriers for employees, candidates and customers, creating more inclusive workplaces and services.

Building more sustainable communities (SDG 11)

Our assistance services help people navigate everyday challenges and unexpected events. Through emergency support activities, community partnerships and targeted social impact initiatives, we contribute to stronger and more resilient communities.

Taking action on climate change (SDG 13)

Climate action is a core pillar of our ESG strategy. Since 2025, we have reported our climate performance through CDP and measure greenhouse gas emissions using the GHG Protocol. In 2026, the Group completed regional workshops and advanced its decarbonization roadmap, including the definition of annual targets towards 2030 and initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of assistance activities.
