Through Redion Employee Benefits’ local insurance partners, we provide access to group Disability products and support services. Disability products are designed to protect individuals’ income if they’re unable to work due to illness or injury. Available products include Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Total and Permanent Disability lump sum, Critical Illness cover, and Waiver of premium as a rider to Long Term Disability . Specific products and terms vary by country. Disability plans can be included within Redion pooled and/or captive arrangements.

Our Network Partners also offer a range of supportive services designed to help members experiencing disability including: early intervention and assessment, rehabilitation support, return-to-work support, and dedicated case management for claimants. Specific services vary by country.
