For more than a decade, employees at AirLink Horizon had been supporting their communities through tree-planting events, health awareness campaigns, donation drives, and emergency preparedness initiatives. What began as individual acts of commitment gradually evolved into a company-wide culture of giving back.
Inspired to better understand and measure these efforts, AirLink Horizon created a structured ESG program built around a simple question: How can we contribute to the well-being of people, protect the planet, and foster innovation in all we do? The result was a practical framework that documents initiatives, assigns measurable KPIs, and aligns projects with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
What makes the program distinctive is its bottom-up approach. Without a dedicated ESG department, initiatives are led by employees across the organization—from pilots and mechanics to medical personnel, dispatchers, and office teams. Colleagues are encouraged to identify local needs, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects they are passionate about.
The impact extends well beyond the organization. Through free CPR certification programs, breast cancer awareness workshops, environmental projects, and partnerships with schools, local authorities, and community organizations, AirLink Horizon leverages its expertise as an air ambulance provider to address real community challenges. Each initiative is designed to deliver measurable outcomes while creating long-term value for the people it serves.
The program’s success was recognized with an International CSR Award in 2025. By building on existing employee commitment, measuring impact, and focusing on local priorities, AirLink Horizon has created an ESG model that continues to grow, inspire others, and strengthen the communities around it.
