At Redion we have a 50% rule: you work 2 days a week at the office and the rest at home. Every 2 weeks you get 1 day, which you can use flexibly.
So per 10 working days, you work 5 days at the office and 5 days from home. Ideal when you still have important appointments to schedule after work!
