If you apply to our career opportunities, Redion will collect, use and disclose your personal data (Identity, contact details, CV) to assess your job application and may share it with relevant managers, HR and recruitment teams for that purpose. Where required, we will obtain your consent and/or rely on applicable exceptions under the PDPA for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for recruitment-related purposes. Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and thereafter in accordance with our retention policies and applicable legal or business requirements. Processing your personal data as business partners
The data you share with Redion (Identity, contact details, professional life data) will be collected, used and disclosed to evaluate your application to join us as a partner and will be shared with the relevant business lines of Redion for that purpose.
Processing your personal data to manage your requests for information
In order to manage and respond to your requests for information, we will collect and use the personal data you provide via our website forms and/or email, and may disclose it to Redion’s communication team and its communication supplier to respond to you. Where required, we will obtain your consent. Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes, and thereafter in accordance with our retention policies and applicable legal or business requirements.
Processing your personal data for fighting against financial crime
As part of our legal obligations to prevent money laundering, comply with international sanctions regulation, and mitigate counter-terrorism financing risks, Redion may use and analyze individuals’ personal data to establish profile and assess risks of money laundering, international sanctions breaches, and terrorism financing. These activities are carried out in accordance with all the local applicable law and regulations.
Processing your personal data for fighting against fraud and irregularities purposes
If you submit information to us in relation to potential fraud or irregularities (for example, via relevant forms or channels), personal data (which may include particularly sensitive personal data such as health or financial information) may be used to prevent, detect and/or investigate potential fraudulent or abusive behaviours and prevent irregularities.
The fight against fraud is carried out to protect Redion, our customers and the insured community, and to comply with applicable laws and regulatory expectations. Where permitted under the PDPA, Redion may rely on applicable exceptions to consent (for example, where the collection, use or disclosure is necessary for an investigation or proceedings) and will provide notification as required. In the event of proven fraud, Redion may initiate criminal proceedings and implement relevant measures to protect its interests and the interests of its customers. For this purpose, personal data may be shared, only when strictly necessary, with specialised third-party providers (such as fraud detection service providers, investigative agencies, and other relevant partners) bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Your personal data collected through this website will be kept for the time determined on the basis of the following criteria:
- legal obligation of retention; and
- the purpose for which the personal data was collected is no longer served by retention and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes (Retention Limitation Obligation).
Redion may share your data in relation to the management of its activity and website exclusively with the relevant:
- Companies of the Redion group and Generali group

Your personal data may be processed in Singapore and/or in other countries where Redion, Redion group companies, Generali group companies, and/or our service providers operate.
Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we will comply with the PDPA’s Transfer Limitation Obligation by taking appropriate steps to ensure that the overseas recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection that is at least comparable to the protection under the PDPA (for example, through contractual arrangements, binding corporate rules, or other permitted mechanisms). Redion has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may exercise the following rights in respect of your personal data:
We aim to respond to access and correction requests as soon as reasonably possible and generally within 30 days, subject to applicable requirements and exceptions under the PDPA. In some cases, a reasonable fee may apply for access requests as permitted under applicable regulations, and we may ask you for information to verify your identity and better understand your request.
- Right of access – You may request access to your personal data in our possession or control, and information about how your personal data has been used or disclosed (subject to applicable exceptions).
- Right of correction – You may request corrections to your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete (subject to applicable exceptions).
- Withdrawal of consent – Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by giving us reasonable notice. We will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal (for example, we may not be able to continue providing certain services or responding to certain requests) and, upon withdrawal, we will cease collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data for the relevant purposes unless permitted or required by applicable laws.

A data breach is a security incident leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to personal data. If you become aware of a potential data breach impacting Redion, please contact us without undue delay via the contact channels provided on this website (or, where available, the relevant web form). Where a breach is assessed to be a notifiable data breach under the PDPA (for example, where it is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, or where it affects 500 or more individuals), Redion will make the required notifications to the PDPC and affected individuals in accordance with the PDPA, including notifying the PDPC as soon as practicable and in any case no later than 3 calendar days after we determine that the breach is notifiable.
