Paris, on October 29, 2026. Redion, the global care platform combining assistance, travel insurance and employee benefits across more than 190 countries, today published its first voluntary Impact Report since adopting the Redion name in 2026. Titled “Sustainability, Built Together,” the report sets out how the Group embeds environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities into its operations, products and culture, and details its progress against its 2025-2026 sustainability roadmap.

At Redion, sustainability is built through the combined efforts of employees, leaders, partners and suppliers. Guided by shared priorities around climate change, demographic changes and workforce transformation, the Group continues to strengthen a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity and impactful leadership. Reflecting the nature of its insurance, assistance and employee benefits businesses, Redion also places particular emphasis on responsible business conduct, with trust and transparency at the heart of every relationship.

Environment: turning climate commitments into action

Redion’s climate strategy is built around three steps: measure, commit and act. Each year, more than 130 operational experts across 17 entities assess the Group’s greenhouse gas emissions across scopes 1, 2 and 3, a now annual systematic exercise that informs near-term 2030 targets aligned with Redion’s Net-Zero 2050 ambition and has already delivered a 35% reduction in corporate operations-relate CO2 emissions compared to 2022.

This approach extends across Redion’s assistance activities. In travel medical assistance, Redion expanded shared medical repatriation flights in 2026, enabling patients with compatible needs to travel together while maintaining high standards of safety and medical care and reducing environmental impact. In mobility assistance, dedicated EV insurance and assistance solutions now extend beyond standard motor cover to include battery and home-charging-station liability, helping partners adapt to the realities of electric mobility. In Home & Living, Redion promotes more sustainable and resilient homes through a repair-first approach and solutions that help households anticipate climate-related events and protect against cyber-risks affecting increasingly connected homes and devices.

Advancing climate action through suppliers’ engagement ?

As most of Redion’s emissions come from assistance services, supplier engagement is key. In 2025-2026, Redion assessed the ESG maturity of 1,700+ towing providers across 12 countries, engaged 9 airline groups representing 90% of contracted airline spend, and evaluated 17 air ambulance companies representing 71% of 2024 spend, helping accelerate sustainability across its assistance ecosystem.

Social: building a future-ready company through people, inclusion and impact

Redion continued to strengthen its people strategy through the deployment of its global We Impact leadership model, the training of more than 1,100 managers, and large-scale investments in skills development, including AI and sustainability learning programs. The Group also established common minimum requirements for disability inclusion, health and well-being across its entities worldwide.

Those efforts showed in terms of employee engagement according to the annual internal Pulse Survey: 88% of employees support the company’s values, 87% of them are proud to work for Redion and 86% of them recommend it as a great place to work.

Beyond its workforce, Redion expanded solutions with social value through its Employee Benefits business, now the world’s largest employee benefits network. The launch of the Medical Dashboard helps multinational clients across 133 countries better understand health trends and support employee wellbeing, while Redion’s health and senior care activities promote prevention, healthier lives and greater independence for vulnerable populations.

Redion also introduced dedicated governance and measurement frameworks for social impact, expanded its disability and inclusion programs, and developed Group-wide accessibility guidelines to make customer experiences and communications more inclusive.

Inclusion in action across the Group

Poland: Redion introduced a Silent Room for employees with sensory sensitivities and complemented it with awareness initiatives on autism, ADHD and neurodiversity.

Mediterranean Europe: The digital CareAbility program has engaged 269 employees and partners to identify 12,752 accessibility barriers across 761 locations that will be reported to municipalities.

10 countries — ThinkAbility program: The 13 high-level athletes with disabilities that Redion continues to support until LA 28 shared their travel experiences, helping Redion identify the barriers people with disabilities most often face when travelling and raise awareness for more inclusive travel services.

Governance: embedding ESG into how Redion operates

Redion embeds ESG accountability into how the Group is led and managed. ESG governance is now fully structured across the Group, with accountability at Group Management Committee level and sustainability leaders in every entity and region, driving a shared roadmap, common tools and a common sustainability culture.

This same discipline extends to Redion’s supply chain. Through collaboration between its Sustainability, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and local teams, the Group has launched a Sustainable Purchasing Charter establishing a common framework for responsible sourcing, covering worker protection, social and inclusive engagement, environmental protection, business ethics, and monitoring of the Charter’s implementation. From 2026, every supplier contract will include a dedicated ESG clause, embedding these commitments directly into Redion’s supplier relationships.

These results mark the starting point for Redion’s sustainability journey under its new identity. Redion’s 2030 Group climate commitments — reaching net-zero carbon emissions across corporate activities and lowering the carbon intensity of its assistance activities by 10% versus 2022 — will continue to guide the Group’s roadmap in the years ahead.
