What began as a holiday in Vienna quickly took an unexpected turn when our customer suffered a sudden medical emergency and was diagnosed with an acute diagnosis causing hallucinations and confusion.
Redion’s Medical and Assistance team worked closely with local medical providers to coordinate ongoing clinical monitoring, obtain specialist medical updates, and coordinate Philip’s family to be by his side. Once Philip was declared fit-to-fly home, our team arranged for repatriation back home to New Zealand, alongside a nurse escort.
