We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out above. Once the relevant processing purpose no longer applies, your personal data will be deleted, unless and to the extent further retention is required to comply with statutory retention obligations, in particular under commercial and tax law (generally six to ten years from the end of the relevant financial year), or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims within the applicable statutory limitation periods (regularly three years pursuant to Section 195 of the German Civil Code).

You may exercise the data subject rights listed below. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact datenschutz.de@redion.com.

Right of access, Art. 15 GDPR

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process personal data concerning you. If this is the case, you have the right to access such personal data and to receive information about, among other things, the purposes of processing, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed, and the envisaged storage period. Right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and – where technically feasible – to have those data transmitted directly to another controller, provided that the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or on a contract concluded with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and is carried out by automated means.

Right to object, Art. 21 GDPR

Where we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to such processing at any time. In that case, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing purposes; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. Following your objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes.
