If you already hold an insurance policy, it remains fully valid until its expiry date. You keep all your guarantees, and you can continue to report a claim or contact assistance as usual.

To request an insurance certificate (provided in English), please send the following information to wecare@europ-assistance.ch:

  • Insurance policy number
  • Passport number
  • First and last name(s) exactly as on the identity document
  • Date of birth
  • Full address
  • Destination country
