Sustainability is a shared journey, and across Redion, our procurement, network management and operational teams work closely with partners every day to better understand ESG challenges, share good practices and drive continuous improvement.

This dialogue takes many forms, including supplier assessments, ESG surveys, newsletters, webinars and dedicated awareness initiatives.

Among the actions carried out across our entities:

• Across Europe, we conducted a large ESG survey among towing providers within our assistance networks, collecting more than 1,700 responses and valuable insights into suppliers’ sustainability maturity and challenges.
  

• In the Mediterranean region, starting in 2024, roadshows and workshops engaged more than 600 towing providers on sustainability topics, helping raise awareness and promote responsible business practices.
  

• In France and Northern Europe, the survey was complemented by ongoing ESG communication, including dedicated newsletter content designed to share good practices and support suppliers in their sustainability journey. Through webinars and regular exchanges, we also provide opportunities for suppliers to learn, discuss emerging challenges and explore solutions together.

• Globally, ESG assessments conducted with our airline and air ambulance partners have helped identify opportunities for further collaboration on environmental and social topics.
  

Beyond these structured initiatives, the most meaningful progress often happens through day-to-day interactions. By maintaining an open and constructive dialogue with suppliers, we are strengthening partnerships and helping build a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive value chain.
