6 ULIS Students on a Job‑Shadowing Experience at Europ Assistance​ (now Redion)

As part of its commitment to disability inclusion, Europ Assistance welcomed six 3rd ULIS students (Localized Units for School Inclusion) from the city of Saint‑Denis from January 26 to 30, 2026.​

The students had the opportunity to meet and speak with 40 employees from various departments: Automotive Assistance, Medical Assistance, Concierge Services, Teleassistance, and Human Resources. ​

They also took part in the Climate Fresk workshop, exchanged withabout ten apprentices about career guidance, and participated in avideo workshop with our Communications team.​

This immersion helped the students build confidence and envisiontheir professional future more serenely. ​

It also strengthened the engagement of our employees, who areproud to contribute to an inclusive and meaningful initiative.​
